Dear Parents and Teachers,


We would like to thank everyone for supporting the Signature Fall fundraiser. If for some reason you forgot to turn in your order form, we will be accepting order forms this coming week. Again, thank you for supporting Beauclerc.

For those who have been collecting Boxtops, please send them into the school by this Friday, October 23rd. We have to have them processed and ready to send to the company by the end of the month. Also, remember to label the envelope with your child's name and classroom. The student who submits the most Boxtops by Friday will win a prize! This is such a fun and easy way to earn money for Beauclerc. We will, of course, continue to collect Boxtops throughout the year. So please continue to save and send them into the school.

This Wednesday, October 21, the PTA will host a "restaurant day" at the Red Elephant Restaurant located at 10131-12 San Jose Blvd. If you "dine in or carry out" between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., we will earn 15% of the total proceeds. Please remember to tell your waiter that you are with Beauclerc Elementary school. This is a great way to mingle with other Beauclerc families as well as earn money for our school. Hope to see you there!!!!

Beginning next week will be collecting items for the Mr. Rogers sweater drive, sponsored by WJXT. We will be collecting gently used sweaters, coats, hats, scarves, clothing, blankets, sheets etc. Women's, men's and children's clothing will be accepted. There will be a box located in the front hallway of the school. Items can be dropped in the box. Please consider helping with this drive. This is a wonderful way to give back to our community for those who are in need. Any questions, please email hlanta@aol.com.

Again, thank you for your continued support of the PTA at Beauclerc. We could not continue to support our school without all of the many volunteers who continue to donate their time. It is wonderful to continuously see so many of our parents helping in one way or another!! Thank you!
